We encourage players of all abilities to attend our camps and after school programs. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or an experienced veteran there is a place for him / her with Vancouver All Stars.
All instructors have up to date certifications in both First Aid & CPR.
Your child should bring weather appropriate athletic shorts and shoes in addition to water, a healthy lunch and snacks for the day. Sunscreen is strongly recommended.
Vancouver All Stars Baseball & Softball provides all full week registrants with an official VAS jersey. We also provide all necessary equipment including safety baseballs and softballs, youth baseball and softball bats, CSA approved batting helmets and protective catching equipment. VAS also carries a surplus of sunscreen as all players are required to be sun safe at camp. Most locations provide players with additional water for refills throughout the day; however it is recommended that players bring with them 1.5 – 2 L of water or healthy liquids in addition to their healthy lunch and snacks to the camp.
We do strongly encourage players to bring their own baseball glove, baseball pants if wanting to slide and any additional baseball equipment they feel will be of benefit to them, such as a CSA approved batting helmet and a youth baseball or softball bat. Cleats are optional, yet beneficial; protective athletic supports are optional as well and are only recommended for those wanting to train at the catcher position.
Vancouver All Stars carries a limited supply of extra baseball gloves for both throwing arms. We also provides all necessary additional baseball equipment including batting helmets, youth baseball / softball bats, catcher´s equipment, and of course safe playing baseballs / softballs. Water is available on site, however it is recommended to bring 1.5 – 2 Litres of water or healthy liquids per day.
It is a good idea to pack extra snacks that are nutritious because your child will be active throughout the day.
All of summer camp and after school programs are “nut free” due to severe food allergies. If your child has a severe allergy to another type food please indicate so in his / her medical records on the registration form and we will make alternate arrangements for the camp or session they are attending.
We always play as scheduled, rain or shine; however some facilities offer shelter from the rain. It is important to bring weather appropriate clothes in the event of rain as we will continue as scheduled.
It is possible to arrange before and after camp care, the cost is $7 / half hour (taxes included). Please indicate your need for before / after care on the registration form and a member of our administrative staff will contact you regarding accommodating your before / after care schedule. Please contact us if you have already registered and are in need of extended care.
The camp will provide standard baseball gloves, safety baseballs and softball as well as youth baseball and softball bats, CSA approved batting helmets and protective catching equipment. We do encourage children to bring their own baseball or softball gloves as well as batting helmets as well as any of their own additional equipment they prefer to use.
We will try our best to accommodate your child. Please contact us if your child is interested in attending.
We will not photograph or film your child without prior parental permission.
We accept “drop in” players at the rate of $65 per day or $45 per half-day (taxes included)
Drop in players will have the option to purchase an official VAS jersey for $20.
Drop ins are more than welcome to attend Nat Bailey Days with the camp (regular rates still apply).
Parents may choose from our morning or afternoon schedule each day for our week-long camps. Half-day programs are available for $175 a session plus tax. All discounts apply to half-day registrants. New players will also receive an authentic VAS jersey, as well as an end of week player evaluation and certificate. Half-day registrants are welcome to join us for Nat Bailey Days (additional costs may apply).

Children as young as 5 years old who will be entering the 1st grade of elementary school are eligible to participate in all program offerings.
Official Vancouver All Stars jerseys are available for $20 each (while supplies last). Taxes are included.
Specialized Vancouver All Stars jerseys can be made available for order which will include personalization. We will place an order at the end of the summer season for those interested in an authentic team uniform.
Adult size jerseys can also be made available for parents, a great way to enjoy a Vancouver Canadians game with your child and Vancouver All Stars Baseball Camp.
Vancouver All Stars Baseball & Softball welcomes all volunteers interested in having fun during the Spring, Summer & Fall seasons while developing their confidence and leadership skills. Volunteers ages 13 and up are encouraged to attend and will receive credit for their secondary school diploma. Please contact us for more information

Vancouver All Stars Baseball Ltd. reserves the right to refund any and all money. Participants choosing to withdraw from the session prior (at least 1 day before) to the start of the week will automatically receive a 50% refund.
Participants who have started a session and choose to withdraw from the week will not be issued a refund, unless it can be proven that a medical condition or family emergency exists that prevents the registrant from participating in the session, in which case a partial refund may certainly be issued. All payments otherwise are final.
Vancouver All Stars Baseball & Softball strives to ensure each child has the highest quality experience in their selected program. We will do our best to accommodate any and all requests and make any changes that are necessary to allow for your child to be in the best learning and playing environment that we are able to provide.
Payments are encouraged to be made before or at the latest, on the program start date. For parents not able to meet this requirement please contact us to make special arrangements. Bounced cheques are considered to be a late payment and a registration fee of $10 will apply.
