Thank You!

Your registration is confirmed. Due to the current camp week new registration invoices will be sent over the weekend.

For drop-in day(s) during the current week please come to Variety Challenger Field for 9:30 am for Full Days or Mornings and 12:45 pm for Afternoons. If Before Care was indicated on the registration form the Coach will be at the field from 8:30 am each day.

Photography Waiver Release

I hereby grant my child, as registered on the Vancouver All Stars Baseball website permission to be photographed or filmed (by camp leaders, parents, or media) while participating in a Vancouver All Stars Baseball Ltd Day Camp program. I also grant permission for my child’s photograph or video to be used for promotional / instructional material including the Vancouver All Stars Baseball Ltd website or brochure.

By agreeing to the waiver, I hereby state that I am the legal guardian of said child.

Release & Waiver of Liability

I hereby grant my child, as registered on the Vancouver All Stars Baseball website permission to participate in the Vancouver All Stars Baseball Day Camp. By agreeing to this waiver, the parent and/or guardian hereby acknowledges that participation in the camp and related activities involves an inherent risk of physical injury, and the undersigned, on behalf of the registrant, hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release and forever discharge Vancouver All Stars Baseball Ltd, its affiliate Learn & Play Ball Academy and all employees and agents thereof from any and all liability of whatever kind or nature, arising from and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting from the registrant’s participation in or involvement with this camp, including any failure of equipment or defect in the premises. By agreeing to the waiver, I hereby state that I am the legal guardian of said child.
